I’ve stopped in to read quite a few of the 100WC entries this morning, and yours is the most memorable. I adore the mischievous tone of your poem and how you imbue the cat with human thoughts and feelings. I’m very impressed with your word play and rhyme scheme.
You gave that prompt “poetic justice” and that was really well done. I enjoyed the rhyme scheme and the story behind the poem.
